take payment and fulfill your order.

physical product (i.e. in a DVD case) - we can ship to any address in the UK
for just £1 extra than the downloadable version. For anyone requiring shipping
to non UK destinations, please email sales@pureiblocker.com for details.
Delivery of hard media in the UK is normally 14 days or less. When you place an
order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the
availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
4. The correct method to return your copy of Pureiblocker.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve decided to return to us your copy of
Pureiblocker Home Edition. Please follow the procedure outlined below to
imitate the process of obtaining a valid RMA (Returns Merchandise
Authorisation).
1) If you’re having problems with the Pureiblocker from a technical viewpoint
then please contact the “Technical Support” department by raising a Question in
the support portal located at http://support.pureiblocker.com
2) If after contacting support you still want to proceed with a return then
raise a Question directed at the Goods Returns department. You will be required
to provide your personal details, registration information and reasons for your
return.
3) Once you’ve submitted a question to us it may take up to 24 hours before an
agent comes back to you with a response. At that point your request will either
be declined in which case you will need to contact customer services or
approved at which point an RMA number will be issued.
4) If you are provided with a RMA # please send the item via a secure delivery
method to the address below ensuring all the original packaging is intact and
the RMA # is clearly written on the exterior of the packaging.
